2. The warning text on the cigarette cartons will most likely be in English and will not necessarily correspond with some presented on the photographs.
3. We won’t issue a refund in case an order is stopped at the border and you’re charged excise duty. We will resend it to you free of charge only if and when it’s returned to us.
4. We will resend an order free of charge only if it’s returned to us or if you can prove it’s been lost or misplaced by the courier agents. We can consider making an exception for regular customers only.

We’re still trying to wrap our heads around how the postal system works as we had packages delivered around the USA in 2 days straight, and sometimes it would take 3 days to deliver to France. We guess it’s fair to say that the delivery time is a bit random, and to our great regret, there’s nothing we can do about it.
